Javia Inc. provides administrative and booking services. Clinical services are delivered by independent, registered health professionals. Receipts are issued in the name of the treating practitioner.
Using this site
The information on this site is general and doesn't replace advice from a health professional. Requesting a visit starts a conversation — it isn't a confirmed appointment until we reply and arrange a time.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact and address details so we can reach you.
- Only submit someone else's details if you're allowed to.
- Treat our team with respect, as we will treat you.
Fees and receipts
Fees are confirmed before your visit. You'll receive a receipt issued in the name of the treating practitioner, which you can submit to your extended health plan where eligible.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
